The Nest

The Nest is a traditional vineyard cottage (60 m²) and comprises of three levels.

Upstairs there is a large airy double bedroom with a king size bed,  an arm chair, large wardrobe, a big chest of drawers, and room for an extra child’s bed if need be.  Down a few steps, and you come to the day room; with a day bed (perfect for a child or young adult to sleep) and a separate bathroom, with a wine barrel shower, loo, wooden wash basin and towel raditor.

Located on the ground floor is the rustic country style kitchen, complete with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, dining table for four, four chairs, a pine bench, enough crockery and glassware for 8 people and cooking untensils. The kitchen also has a wood burner.  The cellar is next to the kitchen and has been converted into a comfortable seating area, wonderful to hang out in during hot summer days, and cosy to cuddle up in during the winter.  It is also possible to convert the sofas into beds.

The Nest has two decks, one covered off the kitchen, which has a dining table and seating, and another off the day room, facing the Vertes Hills, complete with a sun umbrella, outdoor furniture and a babeque.  Both decks have ambiant outdoor lighting and are great for entertaining.

The Nest has it’s own entrance through wrought iron gates and parking for one car next to the cottage, extra parking is available.

The Nest is open ALL YEAR round.

The cottage comes with:
