The Nest is the first cottage we converted into a quirky vineyard getaway. It’s perfect for good friends or families. Children love it for its character and eccentricity. Despite its size, it offers ample space on different levels with a homely atmosphere. 

There’s a covered ground floor dining terrace at the entrance and, on the garden side, a pergola-covered wooden deck with a custom made picnic table and benches – a good place to enjoy a grill in the evening ,when the sun goes down.

From the terrace, you enter a small well-equipped kitchen with a dining table. To the left situated in the converted wine cellar is a snug but spacious twin bedroom. Upstairs, to the left (and round the corner a bit) past the chaise longue, is the bathroom with a shower crafted from a wine barrel. Upstairs and to the right, is a spacious gallery-style master bedroom and an imposing king size bed (and enough room for a baby cot). 

Light the wood burner on those cool evenings in spring and when summer is nearing its end. The truth is, this charming cottage is a lot of fun to experience in any season.
