Jozsi’s Cottage

Jozsi’s Cottage is our latest cottage to the collection, completed in April 2012.

The cottage is an ideal romantic hideaway for two, peaceful and quiet - and like all other Catherine’s Cottages, it will be full of character, charm with plenty attention paid to the detail.

Enter by the small winter garden that leads through to a cozy living room with a log fire and dining table for two.  It is two steps down in to the small but well equipped kitchen converted in the old wine cellar.

There are two different ways to get upstairs to the master bedroom and bathroom, either via a custom built ladder (complete with trap door)  from the living room or an outdoor staircase leading from the garden.  The master suite is open plan, with a good size bedroom with king bed, and a large bathroom with a roll top bath (situated right next to the window to enjoy the view from the bathtub), two wash basins (hand made by a local potter), a wine barrel shower and a separate w.c.  There is a small terrace leading off from the bedroom with charming views.

The private little garden is surround by vines.  Eat alfresco on the deck, complete with a brick grill, or snooze away the afternoons under a vine covered terrace.

Jozsi’s Cottage is open ALL YEAR round.

The cottage includes:

• use of pool and pool house,
• pool towels,
• scented candles.
