Sipos Ház

The Sipos Ház is the largest of all the properties and is the owner’s holiday residence. 150m² it can sleep up to four people, although an extra children’s bed can be added to one of the single bedrooms.

There is a large open plan living/dining room with a wood burning fireplace, a separate fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas stove and microwave.  There is also a separate guest wash room.

Upstairs, there is a good size double bedroom with a king bed, two single bedrooms, plus a family bathroom with a wine barrel shower as well as a full bath, wash basin and loo.

The house benefits from a large, private and sunny 200m² wooden deck  with a vine covered pergola and stunning south facing views.  There is ample outdoor seating and dining areas, as well as a babeque and it benefits from being closer to the swimming pool, pool house, the chapel and surrounding garden.  It is not overlooked and very private.

The Sipos Haz is open ALL YEAR round.

Note: There is no television and the house is situated at the top of our property and therefore sixty steps from the car park and probably not the best for those who have walking disabilities.
